Kia Corporation has revealed the Concept EV5 at Kia Chinese EV Day, which previews a forthcoming all-electric SUV model set to launch in China later this year.

The Concept EV5 showcases a new design era for Kia and gives a glimpse into the aesthetic direction of future fully electric models. Inspired by Kia’s ‘Opposites United’ design philosophy, the SUV offers a bold, futuristic form that celebrates the fusion of nature and modernity. The Concept EV5 features a new form of Digital Tiger Face and Star Map signature lighting technology, which gives the vehicle a distinctive look.

The production model of the EV5 is destined initially for the Chinese market later this year, with future plans for other global markets yet to be announced.
